I practice Rosen Method bodywork, a holistic approach to relieving pain, tension and stress. Rosen Method bodywork is a unique style of touch—relaxing and gentle, yet powerful. A session looks similar to a massage but feels different.
The Rosen Method perspective is that our pain, tight muscles and other physical symptoms are often related in ways we don’t see or understand to our emotions, our thoughts and our past.
